SNAP CHANGE ENGINE IMPORTERS

Unfortunately I had a gearbox on a Ford Ranger thats kind of gotten to its end of life span. They ( Arno), communicated extremely efficiently all the way from start to finish. Sadly there was an issue that is unexplained and the guys were super efficient and accommodating when the vehicle came back. In this industry there are a lot of companies that will try and shift blame, have excuses or put their hands up and not assist...not them, I will gladly recommend them for the amazing work that they do in such a seamless and professional manner. Thanks to Coenie Botes for amazing job done to my 3.2L Ranger . Had a problem sent it back and got it seen to in a very professional way . Took my bakkie from a 6.5km/L to 8.5km/L . consumption . Not the cheapest but that is what you pay for decent work. Will recomend them to anybody if Coenie is involved .

Very happy with the service received especially from Arno the manager. Trust these guys completely for all my bakkie requirements. Great service guys, keep it up.

The most awful experience i had with these people, they can't be trusted, I bought a gearbox from them ,1month down the line I get send from pillar to post, the first time they send a wrong gearbox, they refuse to give a refund & just lie everyday that they'll send another one. 😢

not my personal experience but I must say, seeing a company bakkie on the road with the driver littering and throwing papers out of the window is disappointing and reflects poorly on the business. just a note

You cannot judge a company on one incident. If you were not there, nobody know exactly what the situation was. The service I received when my car was there for work was excellent. I was kept up to date with the progress of my vehicle - no issues. Employees very friendly.

Just Wana say a BIG thanx to snap change and there team. Had a issue on my bakkie and nobody could help. I found out about this place and took it to them. I had great service from the start and also good feedback on progress. They realy went out of there way to find and resolve the bakkies issue. Thank you for the service.

Not only did they do an amazing job on my car but also time efficient. They are definitely the best to go to with good service. Had the chance to deal with the owner himself, which notified me of a problem I wasn’t aware off.
