Not only did i get a class deal on my order - ufit latte 25g protein shake / jealous gummy worms, but the interaction I had with this company has made my day and they have gained a returning customer. The delivery company did not attempt delivery - and sent it to a pick up shop which i am unable to get to as i am disabled and do not have family that could collect it. I contacted the delivery company to ask them to re-deliver, they said i had to contact snackfully who would rearrange this - which they are not able to do once it reaches the pick up shop. Instead of making me wait 7 days for the parcel to be recalled back to them, Snackfully kindly re-sent the order ON THE SAME DAY for it to be delivered the next day!!!! I have never had any company do this. They not only apologised for the inconvenience (which was not their fault) but apologised to me and sorted this out within seconds. I also appreciate their live chat being with an actual human instead of a robot. This will be an inconvenience on their own stock until the original parcel can be recalled, but they done this out of genuine kindness towards a first time customer. Health and fitness shops can be extremely expensive to buy from, but their amazing deals - and positive customer service make it the best company i have ever used. Thank you so very much for making my day, i shall be placing many more orders in the future :)

Ordered from snackfully last week and received my order today. I needed some help with my order and called. Tom who I spoke to was very helpful and even sent me a follow up email with the information I had requested. I needed some further help after this about something else and emailed instead. James helped me and let me know some more for the future. Fast responses were greatly appreciated and first time resolution for me with each question. Thank you again for your time today

Love this company. The website is user-friendly and its easy to pay. Delivery is always on time and the drivers are chatty. Best of all is the items they sell brilliant. Never loved porridge so much. Lol. Jon

Came in 2 days ( to the highlands which normally takes longer for deliveries ) great price on vit hits- £5 cheaper a case than anywhere else! and got a free snack box and free delivery! Will deffo be back!

I ordered the love raw cream filled wafer bars for this company. They came very quickly, the website was very easy to use and and they were the cheapest place. Save around £5 👍😊
