What is Hyperdontia?
Hyperdontia is the condition of having extra teeth (supernumerary) that develop in addition to the normal set of teeth. They can occur anywhere in the mouth, but are most commonly found in the upper jaw, behind the regular teeth. Supernumerary teeth can be fully formed or incomplete, and they may be fused to the regular teeth or located elsewhere in the jawbone.
