I had a terrible experience with this doctor. I sustained a minor crack in my toe, but instead of treating it appropriately, the doctor applied a hard plaster that extended unnecessarily above my ankle. Despite informing them that I was alone and needed to be able to manage getting home on my own, they completely disregarded my concerns. To make matters worse, the plaster was poorly done—I couldn’t stand or function even with a cast shoe. The unnecessary and poorly executed plaster caused me significant discomfort and made daily tasks impossible. After struggling to move, I consulted an orthopedic friend who confirmed the plaster was unnecessary. Another orthopedic near my home removed the poorly done cast and replaced it with a simple crepe bandage. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor based on my experience.

I’m very disappointed with the experience my friend had at this hospital. She was given an unnecessary and poorly applied plaster for a minor toe injury, which caused significant discomfort and made it impossible for her to manage daily tasks. Her concerns were ignored, and eventually, she had to consult another trusted family doctor who confirmed the plaster was unnecessary and replaced it with a simple crepe bandage. This lack of proper care and empathy is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hospital.

I will share my experience .I had a minor crack in my little finger while playing and I visited this clinic. They said it will need a plaster. I told him that it seems to be a hairline fracture but he won't listen. Then I consulted an orthopedic surgeon from my hometown and he said there was no necessity of plaster. What a pathetic way to extract money from the patient. Have some medical or at least moral ethics. I want to say that this clinic is a terrible option to go with your treatment.

Avoid this hospital if you can. The prime motive seems to be making money and there is little onus on actual diagnostic work. My friend had a little fracture in her toe and instead of treating it properly the doctor applied hard plaster that made it worst. I later got to know that this is this hospital's normal practice, hence this review to warn others in advance. My friend is getting the required treatment elsewhere now.

Under Dr. Singh’s care, my pain has greatly reduced, and I’m seeing real improvement in my mobility. His recommendations for both non-surgical treatments and physical therapy have made a tremendous difference in my daily life. In addition, Smriti Healthcare and Diagnostic Centre is a well-organized facility.The staff is friendly, and scheduling appointments was hassle-free, with minimal wait times. I highly recommend Dr. Suraj Singh for anyone dealing with orthopaedic issues, especially spinal conditions, and Smriti Healthcare for their excellent overall service. God bless you Sir 🙏😇

Extremely competent doctor couple. We had a bit of a critical situation last year. Dr. Avantika was decisive and prompt in her approach. She saved a life that day. Dr. Suraj's follow-up afterward was above and beyond what one would expect at a professional level. They are patient, sensitive, and affectionate. Strongly recommended.

Dr Avantika and Dr Suraj both are amazing. Staff is very helpful and the experience is also extremely good. Both doctors make you understand the problem and approach to solve them. Their way of handling patients is remarkable

Hey everyone, we visited clinic today for my wife’s check up, while Dr.Avantika was very polite and guided us well on the procedure to cure what seemed to be a viral fever but what I also want to bring to everyone’s notice (& to support my rating of 2) is the prescription. While leaving we were told “but the medicines here”. For a simple viral fever which does not need any speciality drug, the medicines prescribed were not available at 5 chemist shops including wellness forever leaving no choice for me to ultimately go back to the clinic to get the medicines that were available only there. Additionally, the nurse / assistant daring enough, to tell me “i did not tell you to buy medicines from outside. Rest, I will leave it people’s judgement ! Disappointing experience ! May be adding “Pharmacy” to the name would help.

Half of your Pain is relieved by Dr. Suraj Singh. & Avantika Singh' s Smiling faces. and other half by their experience and treatment. Highly recommended orthopaedic and General Physician.
