Smooth Move Ceiling - Winnipeg

Smooth move removed my popcorn ceiling and installed pot lights. Virtually no mess with the removal of the stipple and my lights look amazing! Ihor, Vasily and Sean did an incredible job. Highly recommend!

We used Smooth Move Ceiling - Winnipeg after getting some water damage on our ceiling. They patched a hole the plumber made, stripped all of our popcorn ceiling and painted everything. It looks fantastic and we would recommend them to anyone. The guys who worked on our house were here every morning when they said they would be, worked very hard, and were very honest. They worked really hard to get rid of the stipple on my vaulted ceilings, repaired the cracks in my walls and drywalled around my skylights. They taped everything very well to protect my kitchen, furniture and wooden floors. A job well done!

The guys from Smooth Move Ceiling did a FANTASTIC job! They worked incredibly hard for 2 days 8:00-5:30 and got the job done perfectly with very very little dust if any. Everything was covered with plastic sheeting as can be seen in the photos. All previous inspections in the ceiling were repaired perfectly I couldn't be happier!!

The 50 year old painted popcorn ceilings in our house were needing an update and it was time to have them smoothed out and renewed. Smooth Move went to work and a few days later, there is not a trace of that old finish. The interior looks brand new. crew arrived when promised and completed the work with no mess left behind. There was a lot of work in our condo with high vaulted ceilings and about 1500sq. ft. of popcorn stipple to remove. They were very easy to deal with in this project, extremely hard working and got the job finished on time, in fact a little bit before I thought they would be done. Estimate was given beforehand and they were professional and quick to respond throughout. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic! From the quoting process to kickoff and all the way through, the team consulted and communicated with us throughout the process. We expected some changes with stipple removal, but the difference was way more attractive than we imagined. The crew completed our house in 4 and a half days. Our ceiling is smooth, bright and white and it definitely elevated the space! We threw in potlights, which was out of scope initially, and we think it was worth it. Very impressive. Thank you!

They did our basement ceiling in winter 2023, as well as some other drywall replacement we needed done. It turned out amazing and saved us a LOT of money from not having to replace the entire thing, which is what other companies quoted for.
