I highly recommend Smoky Mountain Wash Pros! The did a "soft wash" (no harsh high pressure involved) to remove the black stains from my roof and it looks brand new. A couple months later, I contracted them to stain my deck and they did a tremendous job. They are very careful, thorough, professional and detail-oriented. My neighbor is now planning to use them, too!

Top notch all the way around! These guys were so prompt and professional! They quoted me a more than fair estimate on our house. Within two days of accepting the quote they got the job done! Our house has sat vacant for over two years and was in pretty bad shape. It was in desperate need of pressure washing. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of work. Our house looks great! It’s so nice to work with a business who checks off all the boxes. Professional, friendly, quick response, fair pricing, exceptional service. We will definitely be using them again when we need a pressure wash.

New concrete driveway and sidewalks had alot of tire marks and red clay stains. Also some clay stains on brick of house. Eric eliminated all tire marks and reduced stains on house by 90%. Highly recommend Eric and Smoky Mountain Wash Pros!

One of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. Eric, the owner, is as personable, professional, and responsive as I’ve come across anywhere. His two employees (Austin and Ben) were punctual, very polite and professional and very good at their job. I was strongly considering repainting my home when someone suggested getting it soft washed. Asked a neighbor and they quickly recommended SM Wash Pros. But before I decided on SMWP I got three bids. Their bid was was far and away the most competitive and comprehensive and the work FAR exceeded my expectations. Before you shell out to paint, do yourself a favor and get 95% of the look for 20% of the price and you get to deal with competent and cordial folks. Best group of people to work with in a long time!
