Smoken Diesel- Roadside Repair 24/7

I can say this. I've dealt with a lot of companies over the years, but at least this man showed up. Got me going and I'm pushing down the line right now, swap my filters out, at least he called me back at 7:00 in the morning. Morning showed up like you said he was going to and got me going, that means more than some call center could ever get me, I know this much anytime. I'm up here by Oshkosh Wisconsin. Something happens. I'm going to give them a call.

My oil started leaking really bad while I was driving on the highway, to a point where I lost all the pressure and my engine shut down. Luckily I was right next to the Lomira rest area and I was able to pull in there and park. My company sent over Rob from Smoken Diesel. He called me to confirm his eta and he arrived within one hour. He wasn’t able to find the problem off the bat, but he laid out all the possible scenarios and made a troubleshooting plan to find the problem. Rob refilled the oil, started the truck and noticed the leak was coming from the filter. The truck was fixed and back on the road in less than three hours. I definitely recommend Smoken Diesel.

My truck broke down and Rob was out to assist me very quickly. He was very nice and professional. He also helped me get a tow truck. Rob made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend, I had a brake chamber that was junk, Rob came out right away after calling him and got to work on replacing the bad chamber. The temperature outside was very cold but that didn’t stop him from getting me on the road again. Very professional and knowledgeable great guy to deal with.

These guys saved us!! I had VERY important load to pick up and my driver couldn't get transmission into gear. They were on scene as given ETA time was promised. They located the issue, bad wiring going to the ECU and repaired the wire, got my unit back on the road in a matter of no time. Good and fair prices. Thank you once again. Rob is great at what he does. He went out of his way to meet me for a Pre-Purchase inspection on a Freightliner Glider. After going over the truck he went down the list of what he found. I’m glad I invested in his time and I will call him again if I ever need help in the area! Highly recommend!

Clutch took a shit, Rob came within 30min and adjusted the clutch to get me back home. Dude is a jolly guy and goes straight to work. Pricing is fair for a mobile shop! Thanks Rob!
