I am very happy with the work from smith roofing and construction as soon as I called they was nice professional and willing to address all my questions and concerns. My roof was losing parts of it roofing to the point where I was raking up piles on my lawn and with the holidays not to far away I needed a affordable solution as money is tight around this time of year. Glenn came out and gave me a awesome affordable quote. He was helpful friendly and professional which is always a plus in my book and best of all had the roof fixed in less then a week! I called on a Saturday. I had a quote on Monday. They were great to work with, answered all my questions, and got it installed in a single day.

Glen with Smith roofing was very good to work with. He answered our call immediately, he came the next day to survey job and was going to come the next day to do the job but it snowed very heavily and so had to wait til next day to do work. He did a very good job. Took pictures and showed us how he fixed our problem with the roof and always kept in contact with us when he was coming and was always there when he said he would be. I would recommend him at any time. In fact our friend contacted him and he went out the same day and survey the job. Our friend was also pleased with his responses.

Disclaimer: Smith Roofing didn't install my roof.... after a huge rainstorm I discovered a wet spot in my garage when we were supposed to be moving within 10 days! We had sold the house, but the buyers hadn't signed yet. I called Smith Roofing in a panic the next day and they sent the best dude over to take care of this area of the roof and seal it up tight and guarantee it so that the first time home buyers buying my house won't have to panic either. I felt very well taken care of by these guys. I don't have a ton of experience with roofers, but I was impressed by their willing to bend over backward to take care of a customer.

These guys are SCAMMERS!! RUN!!! They were very responsive until we gave them or large deposit check. Then completely ghosted. We were supposed to have our roof replaced the day before we closed on our house but no one showed up and we have been unable to contact anyone. They are screening our calls and completely ignoring us. We now cannot close on our house until next week IF we can get the roof replaced. This has been the most stressful situation in my life and Smith Roofing has made it so much worse. Now they are refusing to give us our deposit money back. So we’re out almost 8k and still don’t have a replaced roof! We will be taking legal action!

On June 21st I paid $7000 deposit to have my roof done. Some guy named Joe came to my house and picked up the check. I wanted a receipt and he was going to go to the office and send it. It never came. I drove to the office on Deon and there was an eviction notice for failure to pay rent. I called Glen and asked if he received my check. He said he had. I demanded a receipt and one was sent. He fabricated a story about not being evicted and said the new office was next to Don Aslett’s store by Fred Meyer. That proved to be a lie. Several installation dates were pushed forward due to weather, lack of supplies, a wreck… my roof was leaking and the damage continued to get worse. For three months I’ve had blue and pink tarps flapping in the wind but no new roof. The communication has ceased and now I’m in a real bind. I have uncovered some real unsavory facts about Glen Smith. DO Not under any circumstances do business with him. So sad, he used to be highly recommended.

Smith Roofing was aggressive to bid on the project within 2 days of contacting their office and promptly started the project a week later. I'm impressed at the quality and speed of their work. Both Glen and Nick were very professional and responsible making this a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone seeking for trouble-free roofing work.
