The moving crew was professional & a pleasure to work with. The took care to handle all our furniture & possessions with the TLC you would want. They were on time, finished when they said they would & were actually able to deliver our household goods ahead of what was promised. When they were finished I felt like we had been moved by family. This was a "home run" in all respects!

The Smith Dray team was great. All of my belongings made it in great shape and Charles (my driver) was very professional and helpful throughout our move. The staff Cherie and Adrienne were amazing and answered all my questions to ensure I was comfortable and met my budget. A great experience and highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Smith Dray Line. We had to change our move and delivery date twice, once hours before the delivery of our furniture. Cherie, Adrienne, and Kevin handled it without any problems. Kevin and his crew handled our items with extreme care. Nothing broken or damaged. They were complete professionals and just kind gentlemen. Cherie had our estimate within 130 pounds. We sold 3 pieces of furniture before the move and I think she would have been almost exact on the weight. The warehouse gave us almost half of the boxes we needed, including wardrobe boxes. And tons of tape and paper. There was absolutely nothing they could have done better to make our move easier. I am so happy that we went with a Smith Dray.

To say that we were pleased with our experience with Smith Dray Movers would be somewhat of an understatement. From their comprehensive assessment of our moving needs to the eventual (and timely) delivery of our household goods, every aspect of our move was excellent. Cherie was so helpful during the planning process, Adrienne kept us informed of the timeframe, and Terence was absolutely outstanding as he coordinated the packing, loading, and delivery. From our perspective, if you are contemplating a move, Smith Dray Movers should be number one on your consideration list.

Our local move was a completely positive experience, starting with Cherie, who did our estimate. When we said we might pack some things, she advised us how to safely pack mirror and pictures and told us which things to pack to save the most money. She also offered us free boxes, packing paper and tape. We picked those up and had the chance to meet her coordinator Amy. Amy was just as sweet and helpful as Cherie. We had several questions as we packed, and no matter when we emailed or called, we received very fast and thorough answers. Our packers were very fast and careful. Everything we have unpacked has been in perfect shape. The movers, headed by Terrence, were very fast, professional and kind. Because of the asvice on what to pack and move ourselves and the fast work by the movers and packers, our actual price was much lower than the estimate. This was a fantastic experience.

I highly recommend Smith Dray Line. Excellent communication in setting up my move and the men were courteous, kind, professional and worked so hard! They were very careful with all of my things and had the best attitudes. One more thing that impressed me was how well they worked together and also their great attitudes from the beginning until the end of the job.
