Terrance has been part of the Smith Dray Line family for roughly 25 years. His story with the company actually began even earlier, working alongside his father who was also part of the Smith Dray team many years ago. Growing up in the moving business, Terrance learned the craft from the ground up — starting as a laborer before eventually building and running his own truck and crew.
Today, that crew includes his own sons, creating a family operation that runs like a well-oiled machine. Their teamwork, professionalism, and respect for customers is something clients notice immediately.
A devoted father of six, Terrance manages to balance family life while consistently delivering exceptional service on the road. He is frequently requested for Aires short-haul moves and trusted with long-distance assignments, a reflection of the reliability and care he brings to every job.
Terrance’s dedication to both his family and his customers shows in everything he does. His journey — from working beside his father to now leading a team that includes his sons — represents the heart of what this company is about.
