The law firm is pretty solid service wise. For my case I had attorney Robin Jones. Where do I start? From jump I was met with professionalism 1st and foremost. She made me feel from our consultation on that I was in great hands. She conducted herself with a business always mentality and she is really good at her job. She showed up in court initially with confidence which gave me confidence. She handled all my paperwork and most importantly she won for me. She took me through several trial preps. Overall I never doubted her with this attorney you will get exactly what you pay for, excellence. My case was for physical custody of my 2 children.

Attorney Smirh was awesome. The consultation was very informative. I selected her to set up my revocable trust and she handled EVERYTHING effectively, efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend her. I have referred people to her and will continue to do with confidence.

Attorney Jones did the best she could when she was allowed to do her job. The firm itself was unorganized and money hungry. I’ve never felt more abandoned and disappointed in my life. They took $15000 and couldn’t even remember what I hired them for in the first place. The judge called the number that was registered with the state bar during a hearing where they were supposed to represent me in and their number was disconnected. This was a truly horrible experience and even worse I got the matter resolved myself after they left me hanging. My public defender did majority of the work. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ms. Robin and her team were very good to me and my family. My son won his primary custody hearing thanks to Robin! She reassured me that everything was going to be ok and she meant what she said! I was a mess…. She reassured my family and I and it is always so good to have the weight of the world lifted off your shoulders when you are trying to cope with life and the stress of a custody case. Again I am so thankful and this will remain my law team I am so very pleased. Easy 5 Stars for sure and my family and I will keep her and her team for our future life events if we should ever need them again. After trying to get assistance from other Raleigh area attorneys Smith Dominguez was a breath of fresh air. Ms. Smith took the time to meet and assist with a relatively small but slightly complex estate settlement issue when just trying to get a call back from other area attorneys was proving difficult.
