My first report on this company was due to nobody fixing my problem with my home electrical system. After speaking with the owner and explaining what was happening he promptly said he would fix the issues. After a few days they came back and fixed the issues. I must admit I was very frustrated at first because I felt I was taken advantage of. However, after speaking to the owner they made everything right. They were here for a few hours figuring out why the breakers kept tripping. At the end of the day all was made right

Well, so much for the positive review. I had given them four stars before, because I had to wait a long time. The technician who came out had other jobs, but he did a great job and it didn’t take long for him to finish. I was willing to use them again. About a year ago I hired them company to come out to fix a bad circuit breaker, and the guy who came out did the job quickly and without charging me an arm and a leg. I was impressed enough to hire them again in October 2024. I hired them to do the dangerous job of installing Govee outdoor lights on my 30 foot high eves. Those lights are danged expensive, but are easy to install if you follow the directions. Govee lights offer lever nut type connectors, but these guys came out and cut light strings that did not need to be cut, and then they used wire nuts of which at least two failed. They also went staple crazy and used the majority of two boxes of staples where it should have taken half of that. The highest part of our lights failed and now I have to fix what the guys didn't do right, and I'm 65 years old!

Awesome job. Definitely can tell that the technician knows his stuff. Definitely would use him again.

Caleb came out to our house to install new lighting. He did a great job and what we liked most was that he completed the job on the same day. If you need something installed the same day as your estimate, contact this company. At first, we tried getting a quote from a handy man. He came out and never heard from him again. When we called Smith and Jones, they came out to provide the estimate and did the work the same day.
