Took my senior dad to have some emergency work done on a broken tooth. Dr Jonathan and the staff were great with him - extremely patient and explained everything that they were going to do. This was particularly impressive because my dad is hard of hearing. They extracted the root and cleaned his teeth. I’m glad that they will be taking care of my father long term.

Excellent service, excellent staff. Have been coming to Smilework dental for many years and have been happy with every visit. Dr. Maggie is so gentle and kind she really knows her stuff. I’ve recommended several family and friends to the practice.

I was advised that I had several dental issues, but when I sought a second opinion, I was reassured that my teeth were healthy. Additionally, the clinic still uses older X-ray technology, which made it difficult for my new dentist to review the images. While the staff were polite, I left feeling uncertain about the accuracy of the assessment and would recommend seeking a second opinion if you decide to visit.

I had a great experience at SmileWork Dental Centre. I was in need of an urgent dental care, the receptionist was so helpful and scheduled me in first appointment the next morning. Dr Kim is very professional and knowledgeable. From the urgent care appointment to the root canal procedure, Dr Kim and his assistant did an amazing job. They constantly checked on me and made sure I was okay throughout the process. The receptionist even called me a few days later to follow up. We will switch our dentist for my entire family to Dr Kim moving forward. Highly recommended!!!

I’m so pleased with the care we receive at SmileWork. My young kids and I have had a couple appointments now at this clinic and it’s always been a very positive experience. The hygienists and dentists all have excellent bedside manner and help put my kids at ease and make it a fun experience for them. I also find they’re very practical and not pushy with additional services which is appreciated. I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone!

I had such a great experience at this dental office. A filling that had been done at another clinic had chipped and was causing me pain. The receptionist at Smileworks got me an appointment the same day. Dr Maggie was absolutely amazing. She did a check up and redid my filling. I experienced no pain or tenderness afterwards. She was so easy to talk to and made me laugh and smile throughout the procedure so I wouldn’t be nervous. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been a client for about two years and have always had a great experience at this dental office. Lainey keeps everything running smoothly and is so pleasant to interact with. I love how she sends me a text message when appointments are running behind (only ever 15min at most) which really helps me time my arrival. My last couple visits Marjan was my hygienist. She does a great job and takes the time to explain things as she goes along. She is very experienced and an expert and what she does and it truly shows.
