Smilepoint Dental Care

I would like to take the time to write my review and experience at Smile point Dental. Thank you Karla for being patient with me and helping understand and navigate my options on replacing my missing tooth. Abby was very kind and helped me understand the process and X-rays . Demi made me fell comfortable and relaxed along Dr.song during the procedure. I was able to get my implant done today and want to express my gratitude to all the staff at Smile Point Dental and Dr.song for being able to bring my smile back in shape. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking forward on getting any dental work done.

The wait to get in was not long at all. The office is always clean, staff is professional and kind. The doctor works fast and listens when you talk about concerns you have. Karla and Sage really made my visit easy. They were kind and made sure I was okay every step of the way!

I have taken two of my adult kids here for various reasons, and they are ALWAYS AMAZING every single time. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, affordable, fast but not rushed, and it is one of the CLEANEST places you'll ever walk into. Tammy & Courtney are the best!! 10/10, you won't regret coming here.

Tammy and Karla at the front desk were super sweet and got me checked in right away. Demi, my dental assistant, took such good care of me and did an amazing job! Everyone there was super friendly, fast, and made the whole visit so easy. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience here!! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff who made my experience great and stress free! The ladies in the front were awesome and Abby was great! Would highly recommend this place!!

Had a crown come off on a Friday afternoon. Team was able to get me in within an hour, and get me fixed up heading into the weekend. Staff was very helpful and, end to end, made me feel like a valued patient; from front-office, hygienist, dentist and back-office. Really appreciate the extra effort Tammy gave in getting me scheduled, checked-in and into treatment given that it was a very short notice disruption.

The entire staff was very personable. The customer service was phenomenal. From Karla at the front, to Courtney the assistant, and Tammy for financial, including Dr. Song himself, it was a pleasant experience.

I came in today in hopes of getting a wisdom tooth extraction scheduled for a reasonable price. Not only was the tooth pulled the same day, but it was very affordable! The staff displayed excellent customer service as well as professionalism throughout the whole process. Tammy was very reassuring and helpful throughout the entire experience. I will be recommending Smilepoint Dental in Elgin to my friends and family without a doubt! Thank you!!

If I genuinely could add a 6th star, they’d deserve it! Tammy at the front desk was extremely warm and welcoming and helped me immediately, and Bailey might actually be one of the nicest, funniest people I’ve met🙂‍↕️ they both make the environment feel so welcoming and I wish them nothing but great things!! @management pls make sure they feel appreciated for everything they do🤍

I recently had an appointment at Smilepoint Dental Care, and I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Karla. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome with her friendly and warm demeanor. Karla was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I understood the next steps in the process. She also handled everything with such professionalism, which made the experience that much more pleasant. It’s rare to find such a combination of kindness and efficiency, and I really appreciate the excellent service she provided. Thank you, Karla, for making my visit a great one!
