I came in today in hopes of getting a wisdom tooth extraction scheduled for a reasonable price. Not only was the tooth pulled the same day, but it was very affordable! The staff displayed excellent customer service as well as professionalism throughout the whole process. Tammy was very reassuring and helpful throughout the entire experience. I visited Smilepoint Dental Care yesterday for a dental emergency. I had never been to this office before and honestly didn’t expect they would be able to help me the same day. To my surprise, I needed a major repair, which had me worried about both timing and cost. The dentist was very understanding and clearly explained two treatment options. Tammy was very warm and friendly as she took the time to go over the cost of each option in detail. I chose the major repair, and the dentist got started right away. I was so relieved, and impressed, that they could take care of it immediately. I was a bit nervous, but the dental assistant, Abby, checked on me frequently and kept reassuring me throughout the procedure. As luck would have it, there were some complications that made the process take longer than usual. I felt bad that the staff had to stay late, including Karla, whom I didn’t get to meet but understand stayed to help clean up. Despite the late hour, everyone remained incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. I’m so grateful to the entire team for taking care of me in an emergency.
