I’ve had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Asra, and I was honestly nervous going in, but she made the entire process smooth and pain-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I’ve also had regular cleanings here, and they are always thorough yet gentle. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about patient comfort. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well run. I highly recommend Dr. Asra for both routine cleanings and more involved dental work like root canals.

Just recently switched dentist and had to get a lot of work done, and had a great experience with Dr. Asra and staff. My family was looking for a new Dentist as our past one had retired. My son and I are very nervous at the dentist. Everyone was incredibly kind and took time to explain everything thoroughly ensuring we were comfortable. I cannot recommend enough! I forgot to add that Dr. Lo is incredibly thorough and explains everything and is very gentle. I have been impressed with how comfortable and easy each visit and procedure has been. I am very happy to have found this clinic.

I called for an emergency appointment over the weekend, and the staff told me the appointment was for Monday. When I showed up, I was told it was actually for next Monday. This could have been communicated much more clearly on the phone. Also, I’m not sure how an ‘emergency’ visit can be scheduled a full week later. Very disappointing experience. (Note: The Doctor called and offered to accommodate me today but I have booked an appointment with another clinic. )

Great place and staff, very warm and welcoming. Dr. Asra is great and is always making sure I am satisfied with my treatment. Loved it here!
