I highly recommend! Their repair man was excellent. Very polite and knowledgeable. He Did a fabulous job Repairing my subzero refrigerator. He steam cleaned The refrigerator, Removed all the items and put them all back and cleaned up after himself perfectly. You could not ask for anything more if I could give 10 stars I would.

Kostya Arrived within 30 minutes of requesting service. He found the problem within about 15 minutes. Ordered necessary part and completed the job within 24 hours of part being received He was very knowledgeable and friendly and got the job done quickly

Our repairman showed up on time, made the repair to our LG stove in a very timely and efficient manner, was polite, explained everything he did and also tipped us off to an issue regarding the outlet the stove plugged into. Totally satisfied with the experience and will use them again for any future appliance repair needs!

This was a great service call! The tech was on time, very polite and explained my problem thoroughly. He fixed my dishwasher and explained how to avoid the same problem in the future. I will definitely use this company again if need be.

I appreciate that they were able to come within a few hours of me calling on a Saturday. Good communication and they arrived within the appointment window. They quickly diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and repair was completed. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I’m subtracting 1 star because I feel they were a bit overpriced. It should have been about $50 less in my opinion. I also appreciate that the work is warranted for 6 months. I would recommend them.
