SMARTBOX SELF STORAGE

**EDIT: the owners did make this right and moved us to another unit. I'll keep the original review to beware of unit 1105. They did say they fixed the leak but I wouldn't take that particular unit just in case. Original review BEWARE these are not "climate controlled". Temperature regulated sure but every time it rains my unit get wet. The boxes are weak because it is sooo humid in there and the bottoms are soaked! One of them had mold on the bottom 😭😭 this ain't worth 100 bucks a month. I have family pictures ruined because of this 😭😭😭

Loved how easy it was to rent my uhaul and storage unit! Also I like that they provide carts to be able to stack boxes or whatever you may have making less trips in and out! I give 5 stars ⭐️ definitely recommend!

Immaculate facility inside and outside. I am completely comfortable knowing my antiques and possessions are safe and taken care of. We called on a weekend and had a return call within minutes.They have a helpful staff on site willing to help with any questions we have. Always a pleasant experience.

i’ve used this storage for about a couple months now and I have to say they do have good customer service and the storage units are climate controlled. The units are smart boxes so everything is on your phone so no need to keep track of keys!

Easy to use online application and the app is state of the art!
