I had a really long list of miscellaneous projects that needed to be tackle at home and they were extremely time efficient in completing the list in less than 2 days! So professional and respectful of property. They also resolved a big issue I had with a fence in my backyard. We just moved into this condo and we were overwhelmed with all the work that had to be done. Smart Solutions came in and within a week they had everything done to perfection. Every day they were here on time and ready to work. At the end of the day they left the house immaculate. I cannot praise them enough for the hard work they do. We feel they were totally trustworthy. Smart Solutions renovated our bathroom last week and we are extremely pleased with the work that was done. Fausto, Rachel and their assistant were all very friendly. They kept us updated on everything that was being done and took the time to explain everything that they were doing. Their work was extremely professional. You could tell by the way they approached the job that doing the job, in a professional manner and doing it correctly, is very important to them. If we have any projects that we might need done in the future, we will not hesitate to make smart Solutions the first call we make.

Called them about replacing a broken attic ladder. They came the next day and repaired the ladder so I didn't have to replace it, saving me a lot of money. The gentleman who worked on it was creative and persistent and figured out how to reshape the mechanism so it wouldn't have to be replaced. Genius. I highly recommend them. I'm hoping to use them again for a bathroom project coming up soon

What a great find! We will definitely be using Smart Solutions SRQ again. Showing up when you say you’re going to show up and doing the work you were contracted for correctly, should be the bare minimum, but it is extremely hard to find. Finding someone that knows what they’re doing and is polite, responsive, arrives on time, is extremely meticulous, and cleans up after themselves is way more rare than it should be. These guys are great! We’re already working on a list of projects that we now have someone we can trust to handle, correctly. Thank you Rachel and Fausto!
