I love going in the store the staff is always so friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. I order ahead and pick it up (they offer delivery, too) so that I am ready for the week ahead. I ordered from Smart Meals after searching for a local business that provided pre-made food options that are healthy but also taste good. I ordered 1 chicken, 1 beef, and 1 turkey meal as well as a breakfast meal. All were delicious and high in protein and low in fat. I picked up directly from the store, but they can also deliver!

Tried these muffins at apex gym and they were so yummy! Great macros for a sweet treaf and the fact they have a healthier pizza is so amazing!!! I'm always looking for better options for my friends and family! Owner was super sweet and knowledgeable too!! 💕 definitely recommend!

The meals are so tasty!!! I coach next door and it has been the absolutely BEST Being able to grab a snack or a full meal before/after coaching. I also drive a lot for work so having options that don’t require a microwave have been a game changer!
