Smart Installs replaced 2 doors and 3 windows at our property and they were fantastic! They were kind, respectful and very professional. Their work is high quality and great attention to detail - filled in every nail hole, color match caulking, insulation in every cavity and more - extremely thorough. Superb team of windows installers.... Skip the big box stores & the lumber yard.... Go straight to these people. They can measure, order & install. They've replaced 9 windows for me with full replacement (Marvin casements) during two different projects (2023 & 2025). For one of the windows, they were able to remove a divider column to make it into one single window so they are very adept at construction & properly insulating & caulking around windows..... They are approved by Marvin (trained by Marvin) so they can guarantee the Marvin warranty should there be any problems. They clearly set expectations so no surprises (ex: they don't do painting). For full replacement (called 'new construction' in the industry), they remove the old window and all the trim and everything around it and install a total new window with new trim. Pics showing some of their work. They also install exterior doors I'm told.

Smart Installs was incredible to work with. They were responsive and did high quality work. I had some significant water damage that they were able to repair while installing the new door. And to make sure I didn't have water problems again, they built this front door landing roof that looks awesome. I recommend these fine folks for anyone looking for quality workmanship! We had already hired someone to install siding on our house but need to replaced two windows and wanted them to be larger. Gleb came to see the project, he was super confident that he could not only do the job but put a rush on it so it did not hold up any of the siding work. The windows came in quickly and the guys just finished the project. It all looks amazing and the guys were so neat and polite. We would recommend Smart Installs to anyone.
