I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sudheer. He was highly unprofessional during our visit, especially in the way he interacted with my elderly father. His manner was dismissive and lacked the basic courtesy and respect one would expect from a healthcare provider, particularly when dealing with older patients. We visited him based on a recommendation, but I truly regret the decision. He did not take the time to listen or communicate properly, and his behavior left us feeling more stressed than reassured. I strongly advise others to consider different doctors who are more compassionate, respectful, and professional in their approach. It’s unfortunate that someone in this position lacks the interpersonal skills necessary for patient care. I hope he reflects on his conduct and makes serious improvements.

Dr. Sudhir Saxena is one of the best cardiologists in North India. We went to him for my father's treatment. It was our first experience with him and he treated us in a very good way. He’s very understanding and listens to the concerns of his patients and attendants very patiently. My father is absolutely fine now.I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.

Highly unprofessional. Being a cardiologist he should understand that there could be emergency cases and he is least bothered to return text messages or calls. He would not share an detail during consultation and at times won't even respond to question asked.

Dr. Sudheer Saxena is a highly recommended cardiologist. I have known him for more than 20 years. He is an excellent doctor and a wonderful human. Very genuine and best in his field.

Most rude doctor I came across in entire tricity. He doesn't know how to talk with his patients. I really appreciate his passion for such profession but one must b human first and know how to be polite and if no body believe just talk to him over phone

He is the most rude person. Doctors are suppose to be polite. This person is totally opposite. We went to him for consultation regarding my father critical illness n since the person who could have given him the details about the condition was not present we requested him to listen to the person on call he simply refused. Then we requested him to talk with our primary physician then also he refused. He got up in between the conversation n hinted us to leave.

Dr. Saxena totally lacks empathy and compassion. His communication with patients and their attendants is really poor. My aunt was admitted under him at Max Mohali with heart failure, in the CCU. When we tried talking to him regarding her status, he spoke very rudely and hurriedly, and ended the conversation with “if you want to get angiography done then get it done otherwise you can take her from here”. Finally, we did take her out of that hell.
