Eric from Smart Earth came by and was awesome, very informative about how and why our system was setup the way it was, identified our faulty valve, re-leveled two heads, and patched a leak - with everything fixed in two hours. When it's time to upgrade or get another repair I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

Kevin did a fantastic job of getting my sprinklers into working order. He also showed me that some of the sprinkler heads were broken and replaced what needed replacing. He was friendly, polite, very professional, and transparent about any potential extra cost for the sprinkler heads so there were no pricing surprises. Excellent service, and I certainly recommend Smart Earth.

Smart earth Sprinklers in Leander did a great job today fixing a broken sprinkler pipe in my front yard. It required some digging and replacement, but the process went smoothly and Kevin was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend their service!

Very knowledgeable, personable, speedy, and thorough service. My only issue: I was charged a very high rate for an add-on service which sounded like it would be a big effort but only took the servicer about 15 minutes, so I felt overcharged.

Justin was great and fixed a valve in our sprinkler system! He explained what he was doing as I watched! He was very patient and explained how the control box worked and where the other valves were! Extra helpful and very informative and professional! Highly recommended!

I have used Smart Earth Sprinklers several times now. The first time was to fix problems by another company. The second was just routine maintenance. Each time pricing was reasonable and they fixed they issue.

I really appreciate the customer service. The technician, Dexter actually showed up. Early, was very thorough in his inspection of my system, pointed out the issues and was able to promptly make the repairs.

I was having issue with one of my zones not running at the same time as other zones. Gabriel was great! He arrived early, did a thorough diagnostic, and was able to resolve the issue quickly.
