Danylo from smart appliance was very professional . Smart appliance offer same day trouble shooting, and my dryer hot fix in 24 hr. Also, Smart appliance offer late appointments ( 7pm) and early appointments (8 am,) Smart appliance also takes a consideration the year of you appliance. My dryer is over 11y.o. and I was debating between buy another or fix it. Smart gave a good price for my old dryer, so I decided to fix and keep it. I am very disappointed wiht you guys. you sent your worker, he fixed the dryer, but he damaged another part. When he came back to check, he said that he would order the part, that he would charge us for the work but for the part, although it was not our fault. It's been almost 2 months and we haven't heard from you. I don't recommend them at all. mak service.
