We found Alex through google and the reviews. We called him to get all our plumbing replaced so that we wouldn't have anymore water leaks. He came this week and did amazing work. We now have so much pressure in our house and a properly working shower, which we haven't had in 3 years. Definitely would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again

In a time where it seems that tradespeople are too busy or unprofessional to even answer their phones or return messages, Alex replies quickly, courteously and professionally. We found Alex at a time where the decades were catching up with our plumbing and we needed to look into fixing several issues. Alex is an amazing and patient teacher. He takes the time to thoroughly explain what the issues are, why they're happening and what our options are regarding repairs or replacements. He made us feel very comfortable and we never felt like we were asking silly questions, even though we probably were! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I’m so impressed with Alex at Small Town Plumbing! We’re new home owners, and yesterday we woke up to our basement bathroom backed up. We called around to quite a few plumbing companies who either didn’t answer the phone (or call back) or were completely booked up. We called Alex at Small Town Plumbing, who went out of his way to accommodate us, and agreed to come by in the evening. Afterwards we received a call from another local company that we had left a message with, who said they could come in the afternoon. Long story short, the other company cancelled last minute and left us hanging. Even though we had canceled with Alex, I called him back and he fit us in first thing in the morning. Alex arrived, on time, ready to work. He assessed the issues and solved the problem. Alex even walked around the house, explaining what was going on & what we needed to do in the future. He really took his time to explain & answer questions (again, as a first time homebuyer, I can really appreciate someone who takes the extra time to help me understand). We’re going to have to do more work on our plumbing, and we’re relieved to have found a reliable, reasonably priced, skilled, and trustworthy plumbing professional to see us through the work that has to be done. He even went the extra mile to call around to source another contractor for us (for something else we need done). If you need plumbing work done, Alex at Small Town Plumbing is who you want to call. We’re glad we did!

Upon searching for a great company as a contractor, I found this company Small Town Plumbing! Came quickly when I called, offered great suggestions on how to not plug sinks, and drains, and how to maintain them. Alex was polite, respectable, and clean! Job after it was finished looked like brand new!

When we discovered 4 inches of water in our basement late last night due to a failed sump pump, Small Town plumbing arrived in 30 minutes with a pump to drain the basement and a replacement pump for the house. Very grateful! Highly recommend.

Had a major leak in our crawl space from the main line in January, this company was the only one who answered on a Friday at 4pm. ***Asked us to sign bill before doing any work 🚩🚩 A lot of floor tearing, found the leak capped it, all in 1h30 hours, charged something like 500$!!! Be weary, will do the job, but don't have a pipe burst on a weekend folks, they will rob you. Had a contractor (BTB) help him (the plumber), he also charged me 400$. Learned my lesson. They "Cleaned up" what they broke and put the rubble in my garbage bin that had no bag in it. It was ridiculous.
