I have a severely disabled brother who uses this wheelchair accessible vehicle. So because of his special needs I would have to keep rescheduling. I felt incredibly guilty to do it because it will impact him and the people he needs to pay but I was stuck in a difficult situation too. He initially returned my deposit after so much rescheduling. I tried calling but I imagine he probably didn’t want to deal with me. So I showed up and then was terrified that he would treat me harshly. In the end I dropped off the car, but he knew that my brother might be getting discharged soon. This gentleman is one of the most kind hearted and honest people I have ever met. He did an amazing job, the door looks brand new and there is no difference between the new repair and the other doors. He also charged a very reasonable price, did it incredibly quick for very difficult work. It’s nice that there are people out there that you can trust with your livelihood. I hope that everyone knows about him, and he has lots of opportunities to gain new customers. I’m a female and he treated me with the utmost respect and explained everything in a kind and transparent way.

If you want to damage your car painting can go there. Bunch of craft unprofessional guys together will damage your car painting. You end up seeing bumpy and uneven cheap painting everywhere and it will peel up soon. I will suggest please spend little bit more money better go somewhere. They don't have proper equipment to respary the paint. They will even damage your entire car painting. You will see different paint spot everywhere in your car as they don't have proper equipment to cover your car. I swear they will damage your entire car painting. They all are unprofessional, zero knowledge. Don't waste your money and car giving them. This is an honest review.

Went get my front brake pads and rear brake and disc. This is the second time i been there first time there put a cat converter on and i been happy with the service and what thay charge i will not recommed no one else in redbridge very good customer service .

I honestly can’t recommend SMA Repair Centre enough. The team there is absolutely amazing super friendly, honest, and genuinely go above and beyond to help. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. What blew me away was how affordable they are. I’d been quoted £500, £600, even £800 by other places which now just seems ridiculous. SMA offered a fair price and still delivered outstanding results. No hassle, no hidden costs, just great service from people you can actually trust. If you’re looking for quality repairs without getting ripped off, this is 100% the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know :)

Unprofessional, rude, and dismissive lot running this place. They won’t admit that they don’t know how to work on your car, and make up prices as they go. Quoted 3x the price for a simple headlight bulb change compared to 2 other garages down the road. I was only aware as I was comparing prices, unassuming customers will easily be ripped off. Stay away from this garage if you love your car and don’t want to be ripped off.

I took my bmw to SMA, TO RESPRAY THIS SCRATCH WITHIN A MONTH IT WAS VISIBLE AGAIN CHARGED ME OVER £500 FOR THIS AND STILL THR ECRATCH WAS VISIBLE. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THESE GUYS, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. NO HEATED ROOM JUST SIDE ELEVTRIC HEATERS USED FOR BODY WORK AVOID!

Very good service by the team @ SMA auto centre in Ilford. The owner was very friendly, helpful and professional. My car was completed to time given and returned in excellent condition. Well done for a good job done to satisfaction hence the 5* star award. Will definitely return and recommend to others. *****
