I’ve been training with Sean since 2009, shortly after the birth of my third child. Through the years, he has consistently addressed my evolving training needs by creating programs geared to my expectations, through injuries, and even Covid shut down. Sean keeps our training sessions fun, relevant and he has patiently worked with my ever changing schedule. Our 15 years of training together are a testament to his commitment to his clients and his desire to constantly better himself through his own education / certifications and keeping up with the latest trends in fitness & nutrition, as they best work for his individual clients. Sean is not just my trainer, he’s become a part of my family. Highly recommend Sean for anyone looking for a great personal trainer!

I was recently diagnosed with a heart condition and I was having trouble finding a trainer that could work with my specific requirements. Sean has been amazing, helping me gain mobility, flexibility, and strength, while respecting any restrictions I may have. He doesn’t just push me to lift more weights or go harder. He checks in with me to make sure I am making progress while comfortable and safe. I couldn’t recommend him enough. 6/5

Early this year I booked a trip to the Bahamas and wanted to be in the best shape of my life. Having no experience in any form of exercise I knew I needed a trainer to help guide me through the process. I consider myself lucky to have found Sean and start training with him. I never thought I would be the type to actually enjoy working out, but the way Sean trains his clients, he keeps it fun and educational. He is patient and would only push me within my comfort zone. He always listened to me and closely watched to make sure I had proper form during each set. If an exercise didn’t feel right while doing it, he would adjust and explain to me why the new set is a better option for me. So far I have completed 38 sessions and I am eager to complete my next set. I can honestly say that Sean has changed my life (and body) and I am forever grateful for that. Thanks Sean!

I have been a client of Sean’s for 15 years on and off and the off moments were only due to life circumstances like moving out of town etc. He is the best! Extremely knowledgable in all different areas of fitness and nutrition, knows how to avoid and accommodate injuries or specific needs, incredible trainer, and overall wonderful human being. He’s patient and pleasant to be around which makes working it more enjoyable. I’ve achieved my best shape with his guidance! He is the best of the best!

I’ve been working with Sean for few years now. He is very knowledgeable and has tailored a workout program specifically for my goals which I appreciate. If I ask to work on a specific body part he listens and will make sure he targets that area while keeping the workout balanced. I’ve seen great results with Sean but what’s better than results is that I have maintained the health body that I want to have. Sean is truly the best, if I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!!!

Sean has a great nutrition and fitness system for whatever your personal goals are. He puts you in the right mindset to achieve your goals. He follows up regularly as well.

Sean was amazing to work with, and helped me achieve and surpass my goals! He is professional, consistent, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. He puts your goals first to hold you accountable, yet always is understanding to the challenges of life to get you back on track when you need. He coordinated my meals week over week perfectly, to where I lost substantial body fat, yet keep my muscle mass and had my abs fully visible. Highly recommended!

Sean is the best trainer! He has helped me lose 20+ lbs. He never fails to create new and interesting workouts. Not only is he a good trainer but he has also helped me understand and gain more nutritional knowledge. Thank you Sean for all you do!
