She was very understanding and adapted each session to focus on what would help most. Jillian made me feel supported and confident, and provided exercises between sessions to keep me making steady progress. Her communication was clear, scheduling was flexible, and every interaction felt genuine. I have complete confidence in her skills, and she helped me build confidence in myself, too.
