Highly recommend their eyebrow embroidery service - I’ve done 2 touch ups in the last 2.5 years! I used to have super sparse eyebrow but my current brows are nicely shaped without looking too “fake”. The post photo was taken right after so it will lighten up in a few days. Their service is top-notch, right from the first session, the amount of time spent on drawing out the shape was already telling of their attention to details. I feel extremely comfortable every session, even falling asleep during the embroidery itself. In terms of customer service, they’re quick to response and are extremely respectful of your preferences. I can’t recommend them enough!

Did my brows 2 times with a touch up, over the years. Their service standards has never changed. If anything, their skills and service has gotten better over time. Current venue offers a comfortable and relaxing environment for customers to have their brows done. Sydney pays attention to details regarding my brows and face. It’s my third time back for touch up and I highly recommend getting brows done here! Sydney is very professional and makes sure that my brows are aligned. The process is also quite painless. I’ve gone back to Sydney 3 times for my brows since 2022. She’d managed to colour correct the reddish tint left behind by the large player that I used to go to. Very pleased with the shape and retention too! Sydney listens, and communicates well and patiently - I personally feel this to be quite important so as to feel assured. Sleekbrow studio is clean, comfortable and spacious. I’ve even fallen asleep a few times under Sydney’s gentle hands! Also they are not like other players who make you buy aftercare products - it's not possible to finish them anyway, so it's such a waste of money! Sleekbrow gives their customers sample size aftercare cream and saline - which is more than enough for 7 days! I appreciate this honest gesture very much.
