Slade was recommended to me by a contractor friend and the first time we spoke I knew he was going to do an amazing job marketing and selling our 3 luxury investment properties.
So easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and a great communicator. I would give him 10 stars if I could!
Just closed the first home today at a record price and no doubt the other two will move quickly. Turnaround time from when I signed the 3 listing agreements to being active online was very impressive.
I highly recommend Slade and his services. You won’t be disappointed!

I recommend Slade to anyone buying or selling a house! We moved to Tennessee and weren't able to be in Pennsylvania for the selling of the house. He kept us posted on all the showings and went above and beyond setting up open houses. Once we had a buyer, he set up all the inspections for us and then scheduled all the repairs, since we weren't in the area. I have never seen a realtor so dedicated with helping his clients. He kept us updated with the market and gave us his professional advice and opinions. He made everything about as smooth as a transition as you could possibly ask.
