This is by far the worst locksmith service I have ever encountered. I clearly explained the problem was with the door handle, which made it impossible to lock or close the door properly. Instead of fixing it correctly, they used a SECOND-HAND, USED DOOR HANDLE without my permission! The service was terrible and their attitude was extremely rude. They are irresponsible and have no respect for customers. This is a complete cheat—using cheap, used products and providing zero accountability. I demand a FULL REFUND immediately—this is what I deserve! DO NOT TRUST THEM. Throw your cheap products away and learn to respect people!

I recently contacted SL Locksmith Service Center, and the overall service was excellent! The technician arrived quickly, was professional and patient, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was transparent with no hidden charges, which made the whole experience very reassuring. The unlocking job was done efficiently and only took a few minutes. I will definitely return to them for any future key, remote, or lock-related issues. Highly recommended! 👍
