This is by far the worst locksmith service I have ever encountered. I clearly explained the problem was with the door handle, which made it impossible to lock or close the door properly. Instead of fixing it correctly, they used a SECOND-HAND, USED DOOR HANDLE without my permission! The service was terrible and their attitude was extremely rude. They are irresponsible and have no respect for customers. This is a complete cheat—using cheap, used products and providing zero accountability. I demand a FULL REFUND immediately—this is what I deserve! DO NOT TRUST THEM. Throw your cheap products away and learn to respect people!

Contacted them bcs we accidentally left the bag (with car, motorcycle and house key) inside the motorcycle box. Fast service and most importantly affordable price. TQ to PIC for the service. Recommended.
