Jack responded quickly to our request to cut back a large hedge consisting of lots of overgrown shrubs. We were very pleased with the work carried out and amazed at how clean and tidy the area was left. We will definitely use Skywalkers again when needed.

I recently hired Jack from Skywalkers Tree Services, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jack and his assistant arrived right on time in the morning, which was a great start and immediately set a professional tone for the day. They took the time needed to complete the job properly, never rushing, and their attention to detail was clear throughout. Both my tree and my neighbour’s tree were cut to a very high standard, exactly as we had discussed. The transformation is incredible—thanks to their expert work, I now have my beautiful view of the sea back! Equally impressive was the tidy-up afterwards. Jack and his assistant made sure everything was spotless before they left. They also kindly left some of the larger branches for me to use as firewood, which I really appreciated. Jack and Fergus did an amazing job removing a Pine tree that was in danger of falling into an area where cars are parked. Everything was done very safely and carefully and they also did a fantastic job of leaving my garden clean and tidy afterwards. The price was very reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for tree or hedge work in the area.

Jack and his team did a fantastic job taking down our tree and clearing away all the bushes. They were clean, on time and very polite. I would highly recommend them.

I asked Jack round to fix some trees that had been badly cut by a previous tree surgeon. Jack has reshaped them beautifully so that they now tall and willowy (as was always intended) rather than stubby and bushy. Jack was very knowledgeable about the different types of trees I had in my garden and how they should be cut. I am very pleased.

Jack has done a fantastic job managing the hedges and trees in my garden for the past 4 years. He manages both big and smaller jobs with equal enthusiasm. He and his team are professional, hard working and reliable. They get on with the job and clear up promptly. Highly recommend.

Jack and Fergus arrived this afternoon to deal with my weeping silver birch which was in dire need of attention! It was growing out and up in several places, rather than ‘weeping’; had leftover dead bits from previous prunings and the crown was almost entirely covered in a lovely but overwhelming clematis! Fergus climbed up to the top and cleared much of the clematis whilst Jack worked from the ground or up his very sturdy ladder, removing branches and stray bits and the end result is totally spectacular. You can actually see the structure of the tree again now that so much clematis and dead stuff has been taken out. They are THE BUSINESS!! Look no further if you want a top job done. I’ll try and add a photo in daylight!

We were very pleased with the work: Two large trees growing from a high bank overlooking a public right-of-way. The branches were sawn off before the trunks came down in sections which were sawn in to manageable size logs. The logs and the brash were left on site, as requested, in tidy piles and the site was left raked clean. This was indeed a ‘diligent’ tree service. April 2025 Our two Skywalkers spent two days felling (carefully dismantling would be a better description) two oak trees. No other trees in the vicinity were damaged and the brash, the branch logs and the trunk logs were all left in convenient places where I could later deal with them. The pathways were kept clear throughout. The third tree was a massive ash which had fallen two years previously across a path which, after they cut through the trunk, I was able to reinstate. The trunk at the root end was propped up by the slabs which had been cut out to make the gap. It is now a major feature along the path and a great work of arboreal engineering!

Skywalkers did an amazing job pruning a very old Apple tree that was looking very tired. The job was done near 2 years ago, and it has now come back beautifully! Producing more fruit than has done for years. They left the orchard look tidier than when they arrived, and the cost was £0 as it was a community orchard and they did all the work foc. Highly recommended.

Jack and his team did a great job in reducing a large Cherry Laurel and tackling a monster overgrown section of the garden. We now have so much space and light and room for the trees and shrubs to grow. Really pleased and would highly recommend Skywalkers
