Usually I don't take the time out of my day to write reviews. However, Khalid and his team were outstanding. The same day of the incident, Khalid arrived quickly, was polite, and went straight to work. It honestly surprised me how fast he turned a horrible day, into a good one. Thank you again Khalid!
