Had these guys come out to my home today. Such a great service. Cleaned up as they go and over all great people. Would definitely recommend!! Great pricing as well. Have attended some photos. Thank you guys great work again for today.

Not very happy with the service and job. Cut the NBN cord in garden. Didn't complete the cutting and tidying of the hedge. Cannot get in contact with the owner to discuss the matter with him. Looking at previous reviews. Sam must be the person to speak to. Where is Sam? Can anyone find him? Not professional, responsible or reliable. They are not receptive to the clients needs. Chop, chop, chop and go, go, go. There is no diligence or common sense in their work. In this situation you cut the top of the hedge with a saw. Look around the hedge does it require more cutting back or around to balance it out? Look lat the hedges in the video and this hedge. Are they the same? No. Nora told me that I'm hassling her. Now that they received payment. Who is the client? That is why this country is going backwards because of disloyal businesses such as these. They money that they received is not worth the job they did. They created other expenses. I went to the wrong people. Next time I'll read the reviews prior to job review Jeni Amari I'm with you.

No experience of job. I made an appointment last week for 9.30am today. (This was by telephone) I rang at 8.30 to explain the access problem to my property. They had never heard of me! Promised to get back to me - but never did. The worst service of any trades person I have dealt with - and I have dealt with many! Susan

Sam & his team recently removed the branches & cut down half of our very tall silky oak tree, which had unfortunately died. They did an excellent job dealing with the tree & clearing up afterwards. They were very professional, polite & friendly. All for a good price. I highly recommend them.

Sam and his assistant were professional, on time and did a clean job. They did a good job pruning my overgrown hedge and the clean up was good as well.

Sam was very polite & diligent. Arrived mid afternoon as planned. Lopped overhanging trees back as requested. Had the appropriate heavy equipment & blowers & trimmers to complete the job in a timely manner. Finished the job by blowing clear carport roof of debris as requested. Sam took the waste away. I had to put 1 Star to be able to post but it is worth zero stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Worst service I have ever had. I had some small stumps in the front and back yard that needed grinding. I had a difficult side access and their machine was too big so Sam returned another day with a smaller machine. The machine did not start so Sam decided to use the big machine in a skinny garden with moulded concrete edging in the front yard. I was very worried and was watching him work and asked him several times to stop. He did not listen and took several chunks out of the edging. I still had more stumps to grind but I told him I did not want him to continue. I also asked him not to shovel the wood chips back into the garden but again he did not listen. I rang Natalie in the office and she told me to pay what I felt the job was worth. Original quote was $400 for 8 stumps. I tried to give him $150. ($200. - $50 for damage to the garden edging) Sam got angry and told me he wouldn’t take anything. He drove off but his apprentice came back for the $150. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. USE TBIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!!!!!

Generally pleased with the work. They arrived early and did the stump grinding quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after them. Their price was the best I could find.
