It was an amazing experience again at the Roscoe Village SkinQ. I wonderful facial by Madison, who has magic hands and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. From the warm table and genuine kindness and thoughtfulness, to the impressive knowledge and explanations, everything that Madison did was absolutely fabulous. Highly highly recommend! My friend had the same facial from Kayla and had only great things to say about how amazing she looked and felt. Both ladies did an amazing job! Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Kayla. She’s incredibly knowledgeable but also so gentle, which I really appreciated. I was worried about the pores on my nose, and she handled everything with care while giving me really helpful, realistic recommendations. I never felt rushed or judged, just taken care of. Wow -- what a terrific experience! Madison was enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgable. She invited me to choose the music and checked in with me each step of the way to ensure I was having the experience I wanted. She did a great job assessing my needs and suggested something I had never tried before, an LED treatment, at no added cost. She was low pressure and didn't try to sell me on additional products, although she did offer them and explain what they might do for me. This winter weather has done a number on my skin, and Madison suggested an and, the next morning, it feels entirely different, hydrated and soft, with no more flakes and dryness. I will go back again.

My facial with Kayla in December was great. She was very professional, explained everything she'd be doing as we went along. The environment was very relaxing and I was so comfortable. My skin over the past 2 months has looked and felt so healthy & rejuvenated. Products were offered and my purchase has made such a difference on my skin. I can't wait for my next facial.

I had a deluxe facial with dermaplaning with Madison and it was amazing. The neck and shoulder massage and lymphatic drainage were incredible and so relaxing. Madison is insanely talented and has amazing knowledge of skincare products — her recommendations were spot on. I left glowing and relaxed. Highly recommend! ✨

This was by far the best facial I have ever gotten in my entire life. Kaylaa was so amazing, knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking out exactly what I needed for my skin. She took her time to explain everything to me and was extremely professional. The entire experience was awesome especially the facial massage. I just feel bad for Kaylaa because I’m sure she had to hear my snoring lol I would totally go back to her and definitely recommend coming to SkinQ!

SkinQ is excellent! Specifically, Bella Petersen is an outstanding aesthetician! I get regular Brazilians, leg wax, and underarm wax, and every experience is just perfect. Bella makes you feel very comfortable and is so amazing at waxing! I’ve booked my first facial with Bella and I cannot wait. Also, Bella has recommended skincare products that I’ve purchased and love. I cannot recommend SkinQ and Bella enough.
