Excellent Experience with Sixt! I recently rented a car from Sixt, and the whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the pick-up and drop-off process incredibly easy. The car was clean, modern, and in perfect condition — exactly what I needed for my trip. Pricing was transparent, with no hidden fees, and the customer service team was quick to answer any questions I had. I’ll definitely choose Sixt again for my future rentals. Highly recommend!

Excellent team, I have been using the team at Sixt Belfast International Airport for a few months now, every week, and they are always super helpful and friendly. Particular shout out to Nigel who serves me most weeks. A very charming and professional man.

Great experience. Quick check in to collect the car, good condition and clean car. Easy drop off and prompt receipt confirming no outstanding charges. Convenient to get to from arrivals, only a short walk. Will use again.

Wonderful company, very helpful and pleasant and friendly. Great prices for car hire, (we booked in advance) and we had a generous upgrade on arrival. Excellent customer service from Ben. I'd highly recommend using Sixt at Belfast I've used Sixt across Europe actually and I've never had a bad experience. They offer great value for money I've found At Belfast the Sixt office is outside the terminal building and on the other side of the car park that is right outside the airport terminal. It's very easy to get to.

Terrible experience collecting the car from Sixt Belfast Airport. I had prepaid and prefilled a form supposedly do a speedy collection. Upon arrival I was requested to present my passport AND provide my NIN. When I read out the collection requirements I had been provided by Sixt (my UK drivers license and credit card) the desk attendant dismissed it all. Fortunately my wife had deciided to bring our passports (Luton to Belfast flight) and as expected these were nit requested by the airline at any point but came in very handy in the end.

Rude, agressive and unhelpful staff. They refuse to help when vehicles are faulty and try and shift blame onto the car manufacturers, Sixt UK, and their customers. Avoid at all costs there are plenty of better, cheaper and friendlier alternatives at the airport.

James is a legend. Rented a car this morning with Sixt and I’ll hold my hands up, didn’t complete the relevant checks in the fine print before arriving. What I thought would be an issue turned out to be solved by James. He had noticed I was in Ireland for a funeral and made sure to make things as smooth as possible. He used his expertise and kindness to ensure I got where I needed to be. We need more James’ in the world.

This was my first time hiring a car and everyone at sixt made the pick up experience so easy! They were so accommodating and had the best customer service. The car is amazing, fresh and clean with different insurance options that they fully explained to me before taking the vehicle. Next time I am traveling I will definitely be hiring from them again. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
