We don’t say this enough, but Kasey is the steady force behind our building. Being a manager here isn’t just about schedules and checklists. It’s about leading people, setting standards, protecting culture, and making sure every dog and every client gets our best.
Kasey stays solution-focused, She handles the hard conversations. She keeps things moving when it would be easier to get overwhelmed.
And most people will never see half of what she does.
