I got my first helper 2 years ago from Best Housekeeper and the whole process was very smooth, quick and professional. I just have to state my requirements and the agency wil have to narrow down the choices to those that will fit my requirements. They will also follow up with me on the performance and well being of the helper after I have employed the helper to ensure that both the helper and I are satisfied with each other. Therefore, I went back to Best Housekeeper recently again as my prior helper has to return home (within 1 week notice) take care of her ailing mother. I received the same top notch service again and managed to get a replacement helper within a short period of time who manages to fit our expectations. I have recommended the agency to many of my friends as well and they are satisfied with the level of service provided.

Fuss free experience with Candy in getting our helper to look after elderly. Candy was attentive and shared appropriate biodata after understanding our requirements. She followed up and updated whenever there were any updates. Highly recommended!

This agency should be named worst or lousiest housekeeper instead. Engaged them to do some paperwork for my helper’s transfer and home leave. Atrocious knowledge of MOM rules and suggested solutions to “save” money where in fact no money was saved and we had to do more work ourselves instead! Had to point out to them flaws in their knowledge of MOM guidelines several times. Didn’t acknowledge their mistake but kept finding excuses. Didn’t mention other extra /hidden costs until we discovered them ourselves. Will never use and recommend them!
