Simply Stor-It

One of the best storage places I’ve ever rented, and I’ve moved a lot. This unit was not only clean, the people were very friendly and informative. This is one of the best climate controlled units in Longview.

Not safe or healthy place to Store your things. They allow people to stay in the drive thru during the day/night, as in live in it. They know they are there as they have video cameras every where. They also know mold was left in the open air storage area on the north side of the drive thru for 2 months. Very nasty air borne mold based on professional restoration people that looked at my belongings after they were ruined. This company doesn't care about their customers. ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY!!!

Clean facility and easy access! I needed a storage unit immediately and Simply Stor-It worked with my family and I due to me coming from out of town. It was reasonably priced for the amount of space and security you get with your unit. They also have flat dollies to help with loading/unloading boxes (lifesavers). Highly recommend!

Patrick is awesome and the property is kept up and clean. I will definitely be coming back When I need storage.

Chuck was who I signed my lease with when I needed storage and he was so extremely helpful and generous with moving boxes and I was so grateful for the desk he cut me on Moving supplies . Patrick is always super friendly and helpful as well . The place is kept clean and well lit . My only complaint is about the times I can access my storage . I wished they were open later at least until midnight . Other than that great overall

I want to give a shout out to Chuck & Patrick at Simply Stor-it in Longview, TX for their exceptional customer service and friendly attitude. We have used their services for the past 14 months during our move from Florida to Texas. They have been very attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. I would highly, highly recommend them if you have a need for storage.

Just rented a unit, and Chuck could not have been nicer or more informative. He explained everything in detail and walked me through the process, showing me where my storage unit was located and the best way to access it. He was honest about the unit i was inquiring about and told me that i could get everything i have in a smaller unit. The customer service there is excellent!! I highly recommend Simply Stor-It!!

I've been renting here for a number of years with no issues or price increases.

We have been very disappointed in how this location’s parent company has handled a failed roof and didn’t notify anyone for over a month!!! We lost family heirlooms, photo albums, antiques and so much more! IF they would have contacted us we could have cleaned it and it it would not have ruined anything!!!! Their lawyer is refusing to settle for repairs and replacement based on small print in their contract about our lease. They are not taking full responsibility for their lack of communication about over a foot of water in our unit running many of our belongings. Read their small print friends! And they will stop talking and let the big time lawyers handle it all!!!
