Love them… Ms.Angie and Ms. Taylor have worked with me. This is my 1st year renting from Simply and they are great landlords. They are very sweet, understanding young ladies. Thank you for all you do for your clients. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I would like to say I have been renting with Simply Rentals going on 6 years now and have never had an issue with the management or maintenance team. There is a new manager in office by the name of Angelia Hayslett and she was very helpful and did great with explaining the issue at hand. She was able to adjust my account with the proper billing amount so I was able to pay my rent on time despite her and I getting off on the wrong foot due to me being upset regarding the issue & being misinformed by one of her colleagues. The agency most definitely could do better with communicating with their tenants/ residents when it comes to city code violations in a timely manner that way things shouldn’t fall onto the tenants abruptly to resolve those issues. Overall I really enjoy renting with Simply Rentals.

This was my first time renting on my own, so I came in with a lot of questions and problems, but they helped me with every single one. Elizabeth was very friendly and patient, and she was able to help with all of my questions and point me in the right direction. She was always ready to help when new things popped up too, and she made everything a lot less stressful. Angelia was the same way and gave me all the information and advice I needed. She explained to me how everything works and made the whole process much easier than I thought it would be. Everyone was great and it was a very good and positive experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked except would be nice to have some plastic ware for kids. The location was perfect, and check-in was smooth and easy. Our host was responsive, which made the whole experience stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!”

So far so good with the new staff, Elizabeth, Taylor and Manager Anglia and maintenance Brett are very good at their job. Found no problem with the associate in this establishment....

Do not rent from these crooks!! They are refusing to refund my security deposit because I was 3 days short of giving my 30 days notice. My lease ended on June 30th and I gave my notice on June 3rd. They want me to pay for the full month of July before I can possibly get the refund. The rent is more than the security deposit so of course I'm not going to pay it. I'm very disappointed. I rented with them for 2 years and never once missed a payment.

Love my apartment here but I'm constantly cleaning around the trash can and the parking lot I don't mind it I'm just very clean and want a good appearance for the place.there is oil all over the parking lot from all the broke down cars overall very happy.

This company has been a hugh help for someone i care about who needed support managing their rental. The team is patient. Responsive, and really knows what they're doing. They've handled everything from finding tenants to keeping the place in great shape. It's been such a relief knowing the property is in good hands
