U do amazing in there me and my man come in to get staff and they are all really good thank u for your help that day 2 us both we will see u after Christmas now your better then Ann summers we will defo come back again have a lovely Christmas and happy new year 2 u all at the shop xx

Was there today. Such an appalling customer service. The shop seems to be well laid out and has a great selection of toys, fashion, accessories and enhancements. But the two girls at the counter today were just rude and ill mannered. Did not to listen even when I was trying to explain what I wanted . Showed displeasure and an annoyed face when I refused to buy something I didn’t come for. Good shop but teach your workers basic customer service manners
