Very professional, fairly priced and friendly. Mechanic did a lot of extra research, even bought a special program to fix my BMW that nobody else wanted to touch. They did it for a fraction of cost that dealer quoted. Then the office lady kindly arranged pick up time on the weekend outside their business hours for my convenience. Also mechanic took his time out of his day to diagnose my other car and handed me a printed list with issues and gave me suggestions to fix them free of charge. I had great experience doing business with them, i will always take my vehicles there for repairs and I highly recommend them to everybody else. Thank you!

I heard from other friends who raved about Simplicity. So I called about my 25-year old Explorer needing two rear lightbulbs replaced. Chris fit me in the next day, based on his schedule, and changed it right there in the driveway. He was so nice and helpful and didn't even want to charge me for that brief repair. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Chris for any future car repairs.
