Let me start off by saying, "On a scale of one to ten with ten being the best" I would give Simple Roofing and Exteriors an eleven. From the initial meeting to the finished product I was impressed with the people I dealt with. Mike Perryman was easy to work with. The process from the delivery of the roofing materials to the final clean-up was impressive. Black Forest was hit with a damaging hail storm and a number of homes in our area suffered roof damage. I watched as the repairs started and most homes took four to five days to complete work. My project started with product delivery on Monday, On Tuesday I went golfing at 0600 hours and returned home at 1230 hours to find the roofing was 90 percent completed. After a rain down pour delay of an hour work was completed and clean-up began. When clean-up was completed my property looked spotless and the Overseer made a final inspection using a large magnet to insure the property was spotless and free of anything that would harm my dog or family.
