Let me start off by saying, "On a scale of one to ten with ten being the best" I would give Simple Roofing and Exteriors an eleven. From the initial meeting to the finished product I was impressed with the people I dealt with. Mike Perryman was easy to work with. The process from the delivery of the roofing materials to the final clean-up was impressive. Black Forest was hit with a damaging hail storm and a number of homes in our area suffered roof damage. I watched as the repairs started and most homes took four to five days to complete work. My project started with product delivery on Monday, On Tuesday I went golfing at 0600 hours and returned home at 1230 hours to find the roofing was 90 percent completed. After a rain down pour delay of an hour work was completed and clean-up began. When clean-up was completed my property looked spotless and the Overseer made a final inspection using a large magnet to insure the property was spotless and free of anything that would harm my dog or family. I highly recommend Simple! They came out to my mountain property and did an amazing job. They installed a hidden fastener standing seam metal roof which looks great on my house. The price was very reasonable, the quality of work was excellent, communication was great, and they came out and cleaned everything up. I will use them again in the future.

Stephen Wright is an awesome person to start with... He came at a critical event (major hail storm) calmed the neighborhood down, and reassured neighbors things will be taken care of in a timely manor, work with insurance companies, and ANY questions don't hesitate to call him. His crew was as awesome as well, they too not only did there job but answered qustions or referred them to Stephen. I know he definately put up with alot of moaning/groaning, and dumb questions; you have to remember that we are an older generation here in this neighborhood. I have asked Stephen for some cards so I could pass along the excellent work he and his crew do.
