Simple Pest Management has been outstanding, available and very professional. Ayana has gone the extra mile to offer professionalism and great customer service. She returns all calls promptly and has solutions to whatever problems may arise. She explains plans of action in detail and the follow up is exceptional. I have experienced nothing but great customer service from her and the technicians who come out to the property. I highly recommend this company over several other well known ones on the San Diego area

You never think that a pest control technician could impact your life so deeply until you need to find a company that is a master at their craft because you live in the middle of a mountain with a beautiful view, but along with the view comes all the natural elements of mice and rats. Since my property is unique, I needed a Pest Control company and Technician that would truly listen and take the needed time to investigate my concerns and property for my unwanted guests. I can say without a doubt that Simple Pest sent a me a technician who should have been wearing a cape when he showed up because he is my HERO!! Shout out to TY for being a masterful pest control technician who didn't offer excuses about helping tackle my need with the attitude I have received from some other technicians. Their attitude is usually, "Lady what do you expect, look where you live." Not Ty!! Instead, he got excited about helping me problem solve and said, "It's like a puzzle, we will fiqure it out together, I got you!" Then with utter joy this technician gets to work investigating every nook and cranny saying out loud, "I love my job". He got to work taking pictures showing me all the problem areas and his masterful plan to attack them. He then sent traps, did exclusion work and said, "I'll check back and see how we are doing in a few days." This hero then showed up in the rain a few days later, crawled under my house in the dirt to clear traps and set new ones!! All of this for an incredible reasonable monthly fee. TY and Simple Pest are the best and if they can help me, they can successfully help anyone!

We have been using Simple Pest management for about four years. Ty has been great. He is very knowledgeable and always answers all of our questions. We had a spider and fly problem when we moved in. They helped us get it under control. The roach issue we had was also solved after a couple of treatments. I would recommend them if you want peace of mind for any critter issues at your house.

We’ve been using Simple Pest Management for a couple years now and haven’t had any issues. Ty is usually our main technician and occasionally Omar. Both are great and always remember to avoid spraying our fruit plants and make sure they address the spider hot spots. Both are super friendly too. We haven’t had any issues with bugs inside the house, so their work is effective

Update: Simple Pest has been a great choice for our rodent problem, so we’re extending the service to include general pest mitigation. This way, when family and friends make use of our weekend getaway we can occupy in comfort, knowing any “creepy crawlers” are off site where they belong. I’ve been using this company for over two years. I initially contacted them for gopher and spider issues. While the results weren’t great at first, their former manager, Vanessa, handled the situation professionally and found an effective solution without excuses. Ty resolved my gopher problem, and Chris Barber took care of the spider infestation. I was very satisfied and continued my contract, which now includes treatment for other pests like cockroaches and biting insects.
