They were on time both days, they cleaned very well after themselves and most of all they took the time to explain every single step throughout the installation. If you need your carpets replaced this is the company you want to go with. First day I called, we set up an appointment for the next day. The owner came by to show me rugs and get measurements. Then the next day the job was complete. Quick efficent and great price!
