Gilbert was able to take care of my cracked windshield within 5 hours of calling him this morning. Unbelievable!! I was in a bind and he was able to help me. His team came out and did an excellent job as well as pleasant and efficient. Very clean as well. Gilbert responded quickly and booked an appointment for a tech to come to my house--both sooner and at a lower cost than most of the other companies could quote to do the work in their shops. The tech, Gervin, was ready for us an hour early and was done a half an hour before he was originally scheduled to arrive! That freed up a big chunk of my time. The new window is installed, most of the broken glass is cleaned up, and I'm happy. Simi Valley Auto Glass is quick, affordable, efficient and customer-focused.

I received professional, courteous service. Their price was excellent. Technician came out next day. Not on time, BUT WAS EARLY. He replaced my windshield and was done in about an hour. I would highly recommend them for any auto glass replacement.

We had our windshield crack and we used them back in March 2023 and we were very happy with their service! He got out here quickly and did an excellent job. Safelite had a 2 week timeline to come to our house. Unfortunately, we got another broken window (passenger back door) by a flying rock so I called them again. Texted on a Sunday and he came Monday and replaced this window also! Great job and I truly am happy with their service. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I have him on speed dial! Gilbert and his tech were great! I have a collector car and was told the earliest another service could replace my windshield was 5-8 months. Simi Valley Auto Glass replaced it the next day at a very fair and reasonable price. The work was done at my house which is another plus. I highly recommend them.
