I received professional, courteous service. Their price was excellent. Technician came out next day. Not on time, BUT WAS EARLY. He replaced my windshield and was done in about an hour. I would highly recommend them for any auto glass replacement.

Gilbert responded quickly and booked an appointment for a tech to come to my house--both sooner and at a lower cost than most of the other companies could quote to do the work in their shops. The tech, Gervin, was ready for us an hour early and was done a half an hour before he was originally scheduled to arrive! That freed up a big chunk of my time. The new window is installed, most of the broken glass is cleaned up, and I'm happy. Simi Valley Auto Glass is quick, affordable, efficient and customer-focused.

I was not expecting replacement so quickly. The tech came out the same day I called. Polite and courteous people both on phone and the guy who did the work. Fortunately for me they had my Subaru Outback windshield in stock! Tech showed up early and I arrived with the vehicle a few minutes prior to the appointment time. Work was done last week and I have forgotten all about the problem! Referable vendor!
