I had such an amazing experience with Simi Valley Auto Glass today! Gilbert’s customer service is truly top-notch — honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful. After going back and forth with my insurance and Safelite (who even cancelled my appointment last minute for something that should have been mentioned beforehand), Gilbert and his team stepped in and made it happen flawlessly. They got my glass replaced the same day with convenient at-home service. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto glass service!
