Wonderful auto window replacement service. Gilbert answered my call on a Friday afternoon and quickly schedule me for the next morning. The tech, Francisco, was really professional and quick at his job. I had a new SUV window in less than 1hr. Will definitely use Simi Valley Auto Glass in the future!

I had an excellent experience with Simi Glass. My wife and I were driving from San Francisco to San Diego. We were in route when a rock cracked our windshield. We were hoping to get it repaired. We called Simi Glass, and after taking pictures it was decided by Gilbert that the glass was not repairable. We had Gilbert give us a quote which was very reasonable and then Simi Glass actually had to drive to Oxnard, which is about 40 miles away while we drove to my brothers house in route to our appointment. Simi Glass was able to fix our windshield on that same day in a reasonable time frame. Especially considering all the trouble they had to do to get the glass. Fernando installed the Glass diligently and did a very fine job and we were able to get back on the road on the same day. As an aside, Gilbert’s assessment was accurate and before Fernando even came, the windshield had split all the way across without even the car moving or being jingled about.. So we wanted to thank Simi Glass, Gilbert and Fernando for getting us on the road. We really appreciate it. We have to give them five stars.

We had a crack in our Audi and dealing with finding the right service was a nightmare. Simi Valley Auto Glass came to our home took care of the front windshield replacement in a breeze. They came on time ( I love that since I own a business myself ) . The technician dressed very clean and organized very polite. I highly recommend them I have them five starts because now in days good customer Is very hard to find. Keep up the great work!!

Gilbert responded quickly and booked an appointment for a tech to come to my house--both sooner and at a lower cost than most of the other companies could quote to do the work in their shops. The tech, Gervin, was ready for us an hour early and was done a half an hour before he was originally scheduled to arrive! That freed up a big chunk of my time. The new window is installed, most of the broken glass is cleaned up, and I'm happy. Simi Valley Auto Glass is quick, affordable, efficient and customer-focused.
