Mr. Alex was my technician and he arrived early, and was professional and friendly! He got the replacement installed in 30 minutes! Also, Gilbert gave me a great price for the windows and got me scheduled for the same day! I highly recommend their service!!!

Gilbert responded quickly and booked an appointment for a tech to come to my house--both sooner and at a lower cost than most of the other companies could quote to do the work in their shops. The tech, Gervin, was ready for us an hour early and was done a half an hour before he was originally scheduled to arrive! That freed up a big chunk of my time. The new window is installed, most of the broken glass is cleaned up, and I'm happy. Simi Valley Auto Glass is quick, affordable, efficient and customer-focused.

We had our windshield crack and we used them back in March 2023 and we were very happy with their service! He got out here quickly and did an excellent job. Safelite had a 2 week timeline to come to our house. Unfortunately, we got another broken window (passenger back door) by a flying rock so I called them again. Texted on a Sunday and he came Monday and replaced this window also! Great job and I truly am happy with their service. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I have him on speed dial!
